Yes,We provide waterproof service for outdoor decoration .Please choose waterproof option when you submit your ready to ship/custom order inquiry. 

What is your lead time for neon sign?

For Normal neon sign usually is 3-7 working days.(Global country)

For Custom neon sign usually is 5-10 working days.(Global country)

How long is your warranty and replace policy?

We promise 12 months warranty,We can replace a new neon sign for you when it damaged in transit or cannot work normally caused by quality problems.
